Transition World

16 – 17 May 2015, on Beach Hotel Marienlyst and Kronborg Castle, Denmark

Join visionary frontrunners for a 2-day conference focusing on our ability to lead change – and don’t miss the gala evening at the legendary Hamlet’s Castle, where Richard Olivier will deliver a keynote toast speech, inspired by Shakespeare’s Hamlet and in the company of world class musicians.

See more at:

We’re on the eve of profound transformation, propelled by both necessity and  opportunity. For so long, we’ve struggled with our seemingly intractable inability to manage the precious, limited resources available to us — a veritable “tragedy of the commons.” This has endured while the existential threat of climate disruption, resource depletion and population explosion grows.

Now is our time and our chance to act  differently, thanks to technology that connects us in once inconceivable ways. While these tools have already facilitated revolutionary transformation at a global scale, the more important shift is in our own hearts and minds. Suddenly, we can see new solutions to our historic challenges. We can come together as communities — not clans — to communicate and collaborate to evolve in a way that benefits both people and planet.

That is Transition World’s story, situated where Shakespeare’s haunted Hamlet appropriately asked the universal question, “To be or not to be?” It is here that we gather as individuals, civic groups, businesses, international organizations and public institutions. Together, we will share ideas, resources and networks. Through this powerful community we can reimagine the world as a true prosperity of the commons.

Festival Evolution Event

Festival Evolution - 2015. April 17 – 19.

Prague Exhibition Grounds

The Evolution Festival is not a classic trade fair, it is primarily three days literally packed with a program in which a number of internationally recognized celebrities perform annually. The festival originated from five trade fairs, the interconnection of which will satisfy all those who care about their health, want to learn something about themselves and develop their personalities, gain new knowledge in the field of nutrition and organic farming, or access the realms beyond everyday reality. Both sections, presentational and program, are inseparable and mutually reinforcing – you can test, touch, taste or even smell what will be talked about in the program. Every year we try to provide our visitors with something new, to make space for innovative perspectives, and to discuss current topics and issues so that the visitors can leave the festival with practical tips, inspiration, and particular products.

From the Vision of Planetary Consciousness to a Platform for Planetary Action

BP-club-bannerAngol 600x120

At Twenty-One the Club of Budapest has become a grown-up butterfly. In 1993 it flapped its wings when with its first Honorary Members Mikhail Gorbachev, Peter Ustinov, Yehudi Menuhin, and the Dalai Lama it called for a Planetary Consciousness. We defined it as „the knowing as well as the feeling of the vital interdependence and essential oneness of humankind and the conscious adoption of the ethic and the ethos that this entails.” At the time this idea seemed esoteric: it was ahead of its time. But the tiny current it created has nucleated: for the most part globally thinking people now recognize that the kind of consciousness we possess is a crucial factor in creating the kind of world we could leave in good conscience to our children.

Twenty-one years later the time has come for a new stage in the flight of this butterfly. As a global think-tank we have thought and we have talked, and now we must walk—or fly—our talk. With a planetary consciousness we must tackle the challenge of creating a sustainable planet. We cannot create it alone, nor can anyone. But we can create it together. The next stage in our flight is to bring together people with the ethics and the ethos of planetary consciousness to think together and to act together, in order to enable all the women, men, and children on this planet to live with the dignity and wellbeing that is the birthright of every human being on earth.

We wish to evolve from a think-tank to an act-tank: to a platform that people and organizations can join if they wish to promote the shift toward an ethical and responsible world. We now call together our Members, Partners and Associates to tackle this ambitious but entirely necessary and extremely urgent task.

The future of ethical broadcasting media for a sustainable world

In our critical times new thinking and a new consciousness have become essential. New ideas, fresh insights must spread to the widest layers of society on all continents. For this a responsible role by the media is the key. Among the media that responds to this epochal challenge Universal One has pride of place. It’s message needs to spread in the best interest of every one of us, in our generation and in the next. I am pleased and honored to support this mission to the very best of my abilities.

AQUA – Confronting Science, Philosophy and Poetry 2013

Valle d’Aosta, Italy, 5 October 2013

International conference with

Aqua, H2O, water, . Confronting physics, chemistry and biology. From homeopathy to transfering information into the water; from the long debated water memory to the new frontier of the pharmaceutics of the future. But if it’s true, as Einstein stated, that: “The great researches have much more in common with art then reason”, then could not had been missing contributions from those that look at water through it’s veil of poetry, as well as from philosophy.
